No proper salary Initially they attract us by praising, later they won't even give your salary. They tell themselves as a 10 yrs old company but they will not be able to pay you properly, which will not be revealed during interview. Totally ruining our career.

At first when I was joining they said that i will get a basic salary and will have 60K will be my monthly target. More then 60k what ever you do you will get 10% as incentives. The next month when i achieve 80k Which is 20K more then my target they said that they updated their incentives scheme and from now on your target will be 1L per month. And the worst they did is they said well done you have achieved 80% of your target last month. But when i achieve that my target was only 60K But they applied their new scheme to past month.... Then next month i did 1.6L Which is 60K more than my target As per their rules they should have given me 6K as incentives but what they did is they said that they once again updated their incentives scheme, which is from now on your incentives will not be 10% it will be 1% from now on and if you achieve your target 3months in a row you will get 9K as incentives in your 4th month salary. What my experience says is after achieving my target 3monnths in a row they will once again update their incentives scheme and this time they will say instead of 9K you will get 900rs. Conclusion They don't give incentives.........

strict work hours and 6 days a week working. But we get leave approvals when necessary.

All the team mates where so friendly. Many people taught many things either it might be sourcing, scheduling etc. etc.. Especially My Team Lead HR Vinoth Kumar was so helpful, such a genuine character. I'm so blessed to have a team lead like him because he will not get tensed and he sacrificed many things for our team, such a chill character. Coming to HR Vishnu all the team leads should learn how to take care and run a team without trouble. Such a good character he is. HR Khalid always help me in Sourcing and he'll be teaching me many things in screening and profiling. HR Shankar is my career guidance partner who helps me to chose the right path. Coming to HR Berlin he is my lucky charm, I will not enter into my office post lunch without meeting him. I thank to Swathi mam because she always tolerating my trouble for getting feedback and profile sharing, I wanna thank to Preethi Mam because like in outer people will feel like Strict, Hard or Rude but actually she is so soft. She teaches everything. If we request her she will do anything which we ask. She will scold only if we do the things wrong but after she'll forget the issue and will support us and motivate to do better. I wanna thank all of my Colleagues especially Srini, Sindhu, Dhanya, Bharathi, Sowndari, Aliya, Keran, Maheshwari, Amirtha, Jyotsna, Anushya, Preethi, Aadhi, Denise, Iniya, Sai Krishna, Pavithra, Logeshwari, Rathsana, Ashwin, Sree Mathi and More. Last but not least I wanna thank Surekha Mam for giving this wonderful opportunity, only because of you I had a great exposure here. I will be loyal to you forever.
