Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Seriously nothing

Dislikes

Think twice before joining this company. They don't care about employees at all, remuneration will always be low. There is office politics at every level, no one will step up and want to do everything. Worst thing are founders , they don't seem to care about their company enjoying work from home and not seeing the power play is going on there. You would find better companies and better management. Think twice before you join.

I don't like over attitude staff in skyjumper.

Dislikes

Senior staff always rudely behavior with me nobody care about our skills . They always ignore my postive points . Skyjumper is sports area but nobody sports person in skyjumper. Trampoline park no need talented and sports person. Trampoline park serior staff is not a sports person and not a educated person then why is a senior staff inside the trampoline park. Skyjumper not hiring sports person for the job .
