Independence while conducting classes , nice infrastructure

Dislikes

No job security , no professionalism infact they did not even have an hr . Once you decide to leave , they stop picking your call even for providing you a relieving letter . During the pandemic , the organisation did not even consider employees who are from other cities , no proper payment was made and the worst part they start treating you like part time faculty from full time employee as per their needs and requirements . No insurance , initially they would expect you to work for 11 hrs per day . No other facilities .
