Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

An innovative company with good management. Every day the experience is different as you are dealing with lots of different clients. IVery friendly atmosphere with good colleagues. The management is very friendly, especially the founder Mr Suresh Kumar he is very approachable and you can discuss your problem and ideas with him.
