everything They don’t value employees. Everything they put is in their favour. They take a huge amount from client and salary given to us is penny. 1. managers should be in political parties as they are very good in it. 2 senior most lady of mip is just crap. They dont know who talk or behave. To be in her favourites one has do her chores and talk with her. 3. Just run from this company

I applied via Indeed. During the interview They told me that we would give you ~16k (2-2.4 lpa) and the working timing would be 9-8 pm. After all this the shocking thing he told me that I had to hibernate my LinkedIn profile,

Company provides great working experience for freshers. I learnt many new technologies and skills in this company. Seniors and everyone very supportive. I left because my family moved to another state. I don’t know why people misguide about this company but whatever I am today is because of Skyach. Many of my colleagues who are in Skyach now are also very happy.

Some negative people joined as fresher try to ruin company image. Rotten apples. Company is not taking any strict action against them.

They don't value their employees at all. All the policies in the company are created to restrict the employees from fleeing away. They always say they put their employees first to prove the same. But they always use them for maximum benefit of the company. They also restrict us from making LinkedIn profile just to hide their own lie to their own clients.
