The working atmosphere is very nice and greenery surrounding the company is fabulous and many programs are been conducted over here and especially a huge playground for playing cricket after the job hours is very good for refreshments after job hours....

Dislikes

Nothing special but Yeh only located at some distance far from mega city...

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
