Worst company ever. They will pay you half of the salary for first six months and the remaining half will be paid once you complete 2 years of service. Majority of employees do not continue for more than a year. And thus the company (SKS) swallows remaining pay.

they will just hire you with no interview to make you happy and then finally reveal their true colours

The company policy is all about hire employees at 50 % salary and their trick is to humilate their employees and Team leader and HR are not even there to hear you .They are just present so they can give you threat that we will terminate you and finally the co had taken your work for 6 months at low pay and now is their time to terminate you by writing you have poor performance .Now they will again hunt new employees and how their labour turnover and cost management works

There was nothing to like about this company. I persisted because I had no other option.

Dislikes

...are quite steep, and the management is not qualified enough to handle resources. No employment bonus, they are even bad with their own promises. After claiming 3 months of probation, they unilaterally extended it for another 3 months. No maternity benefits to pregnant employees. A cumbersome bound of working with the organisation for 1.5 years claiming that they invest on training resources and would not benefit if the employees leave early. But honestly speaking, their training was pathetic and job requires on the fly learning.

...inst them if you come up with any misbehaving or job security type of situation. They have offer me good salary while appointing but when my probation was about to complete that time they have sent termination letter and then said if you want to continue then they will pay you less salary. Now when I have reached to the appraisal cycle they have again started termination letter process. It shows when they need resources that time they hire and when works gets completed they does not care. Managers should be approachable. Managers have not guided to the tune they should have. HR says they are sending me termination as per your manager’s request and manager says it is HRs call.

... an accountant, but doing jobs most of a practice manager. They had a bond of 1.5 years, keeps our 2 months salary in hand till bond period, and still writes in relieving letter if someone leaves that they have no commitment and don't personalize the relieving letter with the employees work, No experience letter will be provided.
