Arrange Sports activities on Saturday.

Dislikes

Reduce the salary when you complete your Probation. They don't have any strong reason for that. You have to pick the material like a delivery boy. New implementations cannot work here. They are using traditional methodology. The Skroman Switches are made up of low quality components. Some are working and some are not. Skroman buys a lock from China. Lock quality is very bad.

First of all the owner of the company is a very cunning person. Second thing, employees provident fund is deducted from salary but not paid on time. Company staff behaviour especially HR Dept. Rudely. If you speck against the company you are accused of unwanted things allegations you dont want. So request to new employee please don't join this company. Very Bad culture. There is caste discrimination of the company. And important thing is that these that happened during the time of corona.

Dislikes

Dealer network is not so vast, And When lockdown was their they got work done from employee but didn't pay him for his work kind of bad thing. Think before work here. No transparency from management about pricing structure.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
