Skoruz is employee oriented Company what i feel as they show interest in meeting employees at their client location, over all my experience with Skoruz is very good, I hope I gave my best being part of the firm

Dislikes

Gap in client Time sheet approval and salary disbursement which I could say a lag point for Skoruz, they won't process and may delay if the time sheet is not approved by client on time

Likes

Friendly founders. Salary will get credited on time. Some roles are good to take up with less pressure. Don't choose marketing related work here.

Dislikes

Structure is bad. Someone who you do don't might call and give you task. No fixed timings. They might call you midnight if there is a need. Sometimes even worked on festival days.

1. I got the opportunity at tough time. HR team was well coordinated and excellent in their role. 2. Work life balance

Dislikes

1.They are not the top on employee benefits. Still required a lot of improvement in this space. 2. Lack of more HR policies. Yet to deploy new policies which would provide clear insights on appraisals, other benefits of employee and many.

1. Appraisals are not very clear and may be that is something misaligned with other competitors. 2. There are some HR policies still need improvements, not much beneficial for employees.

Worst to worst place to work ......the manager Mr Sandeep Reddy uses only F**k with the employees working under him..... and there is no one to take your words nor the management nor the HR ...if anyone wants to spoil their life, they can join this company.... being jobless is very much fine rather than joining here.....dont ever think of joining here even in your dreams....

No proper culture... the group which sits in Hyderabad they are running the company....worst company culture I have ever seen in my 15 years of corporate experience
