They are excellent rating company and very polite workers,learning many skills

Dislikes

Only thing which I unlike about SKM is some of employees are not working better then their co workers but get salary more to compitators

They never supoort you in your growth. And they usually fired employess who don't do flattery to upper management. You can go and see yourself

Dislikes

HR manager chew gutkha at workplace, they fire employee for no reason. Lots of politics.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
