Nil Job security. Terrible work- life balance, poor working environment where no one listens to you (Neither your Boss and nor your subordinates). Sometimes, it feels that upper management is not interested in completion of projects. Few people with flattering abilities are enjoying well. None of your recommendations are accepted, niether your achievements are recognized. It's only for those people who are not getting job elsewhere. Also, when you a complete a project, this company will force you to resign after insulting you.

Everything is dislikes. 1) senior employer Mr. A.Banerjee is a mad people. They didn't give in your own work. 2) upper management is also throst. 3) without no reason they are forced for resigning on your position. 4) fully wrost HR division on uluberia plant. They are harassed after resignation & settledment time. HR hiru khanra is low educated person, but he was showing vp nature. HR hiru khanra frauded me. I fully suggest if needed to career growth, so don't join in this organization.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
