Unprofessional Management No increment salary always late by 15 days no respect of your profession Illegal Pharmacy & Operation theatre in clinic No legal HR norms are been followed PF is been deducted but not reflected in PF account Ego issue with doctor NO HT surgeon they hire it on call basis

Skincity is product of dr Dhepe hardwork but at the same time majority old staff lives in fools paradise or hallucinations. They require counsellors.They want to roll play without thinking what your actual value in other individuals eyes. Always someone is targeted with rest dancing like monkeys Sir should take note of this. Dr Dhepe is the boss don't let the baffons galvanize. Resignation or termination should be smooth process not some star plus drama .
