...omplete target. PCs too are not in working conditions and asks us to compromise. Also, no raise in salary or no motivation is given.

There is work form home but lotsbof pressure. There is no support in covid-19 also there some diducation in salary. like 20%-30% .

There is a lot of politices & the management doesnt address our issues. unprofessional behaviour peers as well as supervisors.

Good work environment and culture.teammates support the management is transferred there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

I love the way they care for their employees. A lot of employee engagement is done which includes fun activities as well as intellectual discussion/ activities. Only flaw is they are not that good payers but gradually that change will surely come over the time. Best consulting to start your career in HR, for capability building and self development.
