Really good work life balance, The best part of it is CEO Rahul and he treat people with respect and also his leave policy is the best.

Politics and few senior employees taking advantage over everything and favoritism.

The work environment provides ample of room for growth and your mistakes are worked upon with your senior mentors so that the best version of you is carved out. The timings are very flexible. Besides,all the senior members of the organization are extremely humble and patient with you.The work ethics followed here are remarkable and honestly,I've had one of the best experiences working here. The company promotes diversity. All my colleagues belong to different states of India. Everyone is highly collaborative. You have a voice here. New ideas are appreciated here.

Dislikes

I haven't come across anything negative. All I can say is that Skillslash delivers what it claims in all aspects. All these months, I've observed and learnt the values of fair competition. They do that by providing products and services that are best of its kind.

Likes

I am happy and content to be working in the marketing team at Skillslash, administration, management is very effective. I get to learn something new on a regular basis. Since the impact of COVID pandemic we have been doing work from home, a friendly work environment, a good team and we also get good opportunities to grow professionally.

Dislikes

Honestly speaking, I do not find any flaws in the overall management of the company.

It is truly a great place to work at. It is a company that really does care about work-life balance. The management is always open to suggestions and improvements in our respective fields. The management and co-workers are extremely humble, approachable people who are ready to help.

The only con is that we have to work remotely and miss the human interaction aspect of job life.
