... I can say. If the project is defermented, you are immediately on notice period. Salary is less, not according to market level. Personnel growth is less.

I am working here since 2019, as I have experienced the culture of the company is good, great opportunities for new and experience developers too.. no extra working hours, if you do good you will definitely promoted... And most importantly when I were joining this company I saw the review like job security is less, but it's not true...because if you don't have skills or good working capabilities then any company will do the same ..
