Dislikes

Worst Management. Please don’t trust this organisation. No professional ethics and lot of internal politics. They just hire an employee to fire within the completion of the probation period. No respect for the employees. Horrible experience in 2 months. I strongly don’t recommend this company for any candidates.

Worst ever company I’ve ever seen. Completely an insane company with no job security. Any second they will fire you without a valid reason. I highly not recommend this company for career growth and progress.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
