I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with skill circle. After having a negative experience with their services. I left an honest review, detailing my concerns. Instant of addressing the issues I mentioned, I have been subjected to reckless harassment through repeated for calls from their HR team insisting that I delete my review, this behaviour is not a highly unprofessional, but also unethical. It is clear that skills are is more interested in silencing criticism. Then in improving their services. The constant calls have become intrusive and have added a necessary stress and stress to my life. I believe that a reputable organisation should be willing to accept constructive feedback and make necessary improvements rather than attempting to intimate their customers into silence, this experience has only reinforced my negative opinion of skill circle organisation And I feel compelled to warn others about their practises Think twice before engaging with this company as they seem to prioritise their image over genuinely addressing concerns, the worst organisation ever.

The best part about Skillcircle is even after growing so much the management listen to ground staff and their feedback. Company is on right path with right leadership. I am loving the experience.

Scope of improvement goes to productivity, some employee are aimless and passing their time & they are wasting other time.

working skill circle is a fantastic for several reasons. The collaboration environment truly stands out-there's this incredible synergy among colleagues that fosters innovation and creativity. I love how everyone is encouraging to share ideas and perspectives openly, which often leads to some truly groundbreaking solution. Overall, Skill circle's vibrant culture, dedication to growth ,and impactful work make it an amazing place to work.

I've been with Skillcircle for almost 7 months now and it has been a great experience. The company fosters a positive work environment. My senior managment Anjali Arora Mam (TL) and Akshay Chaudhary sir (FM) always been a very supportive always throughout the journey. I m happy to be a part of team.

Dislikes

The absence of month - end last week off impacts work - life balance, and the consistent mess in female staff washrooms ( 90% of the time) raises hygiene concerns.
