No satisfactionan and there are 2 persons i want to mention their names too sushma she had got trained in data analytics but came to testing who didnt know anything but feels like CEO to company she always focus on how to create gospis on others and make them bad in management this nasty management will always beliefs the words and asks us to leave the job and her sister sumitra these guys i will curse them that their family want to be come on road side as recession hitting the market these guys asked us to leave the company the reason is i am performing not well from last three months and she didnt know her sister used to do only by us such a bladdy cluprits they are definately they will begging on road side with their children lanjalu vellu denguko mannu

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
