Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

... discussed here 1. they hire you for contract role 2.There is no job security 3.Salary pay deductions are there 4. No skills enrichment 5. No satisfactionan and there are 2 persons i want to mention their names too sushma she had got trained in data analytics but came to testing who didnt know anything but feels like CEO to company she always focus on how to create gospis on others and make them bad in management this nasty management will always beliefs the words and asks us to leave the job and her sister sumitra these guys i will curse them that their family want to be come on road side as recession hitting the market these guys asked us to leave the company the reason is i am performing not well from last three months and she didnt know her sister used to do only by us such a bladdy cluprits they are definately they will begging on road side with their children lanjalu vellu denguko mannu
