The best part is opportunity to be able to work completely remote and contribute. Also, the teams I have been part of are very supportive. One can easily integrate work into life, and I feel this is the future or work. I hope there are no retirement age in such kind of organizations and people could work till the time they want and are able to contribute without the compulsion of retirement ;D. I hope the remote work policy never changes and other organizations learn from it.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Only an area of improvement. I feel people should be allowed to move across teams and roles and contribute and learn. It is such an eclectic and full of learning environment.

I have had a fantastic experience with this company. Colleagues are always willing to help and collaborate, creating a positive and productive work environment even if we are totally remote. The remote work environment has been a great benefit as It lets you juggle between personal and professional life pretty well. Very happy to be a part of such a supportive team.
