Nothing,In 1.5 year working period their is nothing to say is good or satisfactory.

No Proper timing of working hours can be 10 or 12 or 24hrs 5.Terrible salary breakup (in 16000 ctc inhand salary is 10500) 6.Not valuable core values or vision ( just a slogan happyness and positivity) ,dont care about them and their is no relation of happyness and positivity with this company. 7. ...om other states on the role and the company should also give some value to IITs. Hence they should also give opportunity to students from nearby areas and there is a lot of problem regarding salary and promotion here.

Everytime plant head gives threats to employees. The trust level is very very less on the employees.. They don't know how to utilise the employees strengths.

Dislikes

Management don't know to appreciate or motivate the employee. As per me that is worst company to work. Totally unprofessional plant management. Worst place to work. Every day they demoralise the employees.

Higher management and corporate employees are good and supportive.

Dislikes

Plant level management is very egoistic and rude who don't even have the manners to talk to the staff but it happens only in SKH Technologies plant.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
