No Proper timing of working hours can be 10 or 12 or 24hrs 5.Terrible salary breakup (in 16000 ctc inhand salary is 10500) 6.Not valuable core values or vision ( just a slogan happyness and positivity) ,dont care about them and their is no relation of happyness and positivity with this company. 7. No transport service 8.No benifits and facilities

The company is very good. The atmosphere is also very good and we get to learn a lot of new things here.

Dislikes

...om other states on the role and the company should also give some value to IITs. Hence they should also give opportunity to students from nearby areas and there is a lot of problem regarding salary and promotion here.

Everytime plant head gives threats to employees. The trust level is very very less on the employees.. They don't know how to utilise the employees strengths.

Dislikes

Management don't know to appreciate or motivate the employee. As per me that is worst company to work. Totally unprofessional plant management. Worst place to work. Every day they demoralise the employees.

Higher management and corporate employees are good and supportive.

Plant level management is very egoistic and rude who don't even have the manners to talk to the staff but it happens only in SKH Technologies plant.
