Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

A good work place for beginners and freshers. Lot of things available and given to learn and hands on practice. Failure is judged politely and will encourage you for further development. Company is going under huge development. Management is quite friendly. All cultures and traditions are warmly welcomed and celebrated. In short This is one of Party Freak Company 😉.

Very good policy regarding the family support. Having good salary increment. Good and caring people in HR department. Over all company is good

Dislikes

Excess work load with less manpower. Also maintenance boss does not work as per company policy .No mental support from boss. No easy vehicle transportation facility
