Join this company only if you are looking for work life balance and retirement. Food is okay. Transport is there but by mini bus mostly.

Promotion is not based on performance but on years stayed. Company pays only 50% of variable pay(STVS). This year we got only 45%. Recruiters lie openly that the company pays 100% stvs. Management will lure you with onsite opportunities but they will send existing employees. Office timings are pathetic- 7:30am to 4:30pm. Most managers are there only because they stayed there for many years not because they know how to manage teams/projects.

Good Company to work & excellent work life balance. If you get good team & manager then good place to settle

Dislikes

No equal & avarage distribution of appraisal. Low grade will have high salary & high grade will have low salary. Some times horrible pressure in work and have to only obey the manager suggestions are ignored. One sided decision by manager. No proper work flow & distribution.

Extremely bad experience to the customers Self centered leadership ,Arrogant HR people No respect for experienced people and talent No plans for people development No well defined processes

I dislike mostly, 1. NO JOB SECURITY; one fine day and all of sudden inform that "today is your last working day". 2. No career growth; Pramotions are hard ships

Food is good, culture activities is good.

Dislikes

For contract people no good facility, for everything they making difference onrole and offrole, very bad experience, in meeting, in food, salary hike, all opinion. Every access also, I felt very bad, I worked there 1 year, that's it. Now i'm working in good company. Thanks god
