I worked with other organization too, but management of this company is very caring in nature and stands with you in your bad time. Company didn't cut down employee strength and salaries in lockdown. help us by taking care of our families on personal level.

Skelia is good company to work with, management is also good. Support lot if you are willing to grow and adapt new things. Always motivate employees, encourage everyone to develop own skillsets, learn latest technologies. Job security is there, only thing company expect or always tells their employees to improve yourself, be a better version of you with every another day. They give lots of chance to prove yourself. In year 2022, my onsite project got over and client ask to move out immediately. Company help me to learn new things and give me a chance with new project work to prove myself and always kept motivating me. Highly recommend to join Skelia.

Initially manager was helping me with my queries so thought he is the good thing in entire skelia otherwise nothing was helpful but when he make seet on bench without paying me and also paying partially for what I have done work I felt he is a fraud or what?

I didn't found anything to like so everything and if you are giving your time to them also is wastage of our career.
