Faced unethical behaviour and non cooperation from HR. Resigned due to unfair behaviour of my manager towards me but still no action has been taken by HR. Almost most of the employees resigned from same department during that year still no action has been taken. I loved working in the company just the team made me to resign.

Company culture and ethics are very poor. Policies keep on changing as per senior management need or mood. Established policy does not gets followed and have been asked junior levels to follow. Senior leadership team does not set a right example other team members to look upon. Company work culture is not as per MNC standards. It's. Lala company and one man decision os good enough for others to follow whether it's right or wrong. Hr is very bias dept in this company, lot of politics gets played. HR has nothing to do with employee experience. Whole culture is not focused on employees culture but a typical lala company. Don't recommend a ethical person to join this unethical company

Company culture, no values in the organisation, politics from top management level, no transparency in the culture, lot of politics at senior management and ethics are zero.
