No work life balance. Basically, Korean companies are living to work but others are working to live. It will always create conflicts with your company interests. ANd they always treat Korean staff as trustworthy and others as ..... And they agree with all these facts.

Likes

All the managers are so supportive giving us the freedom to work independently. We wont be having a pressurized situation even at construction phase which helps us to meet the timely schedules.

Dislikes

The Admin Department in our project is so worst. Not enough vehicles co-ordination inside site. Admin not supporting the site people. always make them struggle and politics,ego etc.

Three foreman 6 number electrician,6 number fitter,12 person helper I am handling field site

In covid19 working with safety measures like maintaining distance and covering face like mask towel etc during working places

I would like that at time for working place politely and aggressively doing to the work

SKEC is a good organization all Korean staff very good and support we can learn work knowledge ad develop skills.

here in SKEC if company have projects we no need to worry about work if no projects they are send back to our home country.
