Salary pay out is good. Salary always comes on time.

Work life balance is a myth over here. With official working ours of 9.30am to 5.30am company force to work from 8.30am to 8.00pm. No facilities provided at remote location. Even basic needs amenities are not provided in the office.

Contract job via Computer based exam, No allowance, U r not employee u r FTA, no promotion, Salary half of a regular employee, Increment after excellent rating will be meagre 3k which a regular employee without any effort gets by basic increment every year and DA increment quarterly, Dumb HR & CMD thinking will make them work without paying enough salary. If u think they will make u regular then u r a fool, help urself and keep on preparing for other job. Dont get in comfort zone after joining. Your immediate senior will tell that u will become regular bcz he wants his work done. At the same time HR of the level of CGM/AGM will say beta keep on preparing no future here. CMD says will make u regular, never never ever ever beleive ssomeones word until n unless its on paper it has no value. If u believe CMD words ur doomed for ur life.

It's a very comfortable and friendly environment for any fresher to learn seniors are very helpful during the course.

They do not get more apportunity rather than tranning of 1 year,They do not provide regular jobs

At that moment from my side I can't say any likes.

Dislikes

Don't provide any technicao work to apprentice whose motive is to learn the work procedure. But they didn't provide that knowledge for them apprentice is like office boy.

As an apprentice , they provide you good and supportive office staff , give balanced work load so that you can get knowledge , develop your skills and can prepare for your examination .

Dislikes

Stipend is not that much , at least one time meal should provide during duty time period.
