Everything except salary timing. If you have permanent job then don't join here because they will tell you that they are giving permanent position but it is mainly project basis job for a client. If your project will end then hr will simply tell you they don't have any position right now so we will release you. And the most important thing is that they don't have any information regarding the project. If the project will end, you will be informed from the client side and the client will simply tell you to no need to come from tomorrow.. So be careful about it. If you are working in a good company so don't join here.

I was working as tcs ba associate, parent company name was sixsigma, I didn't received salary as per my timesheet. When I contacted with hr, they r saying didn't received from tcs,when I checked with tcs pmo team, they r saying they approved for whole month ...that's the culture of the company, nothing to like here

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair as per your performance and they are not give you good salary hike and bonus every year as per your performance.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is 3 months notice period therefore switching job is very difficult feom six Sigma to other company.They are saying that before joining we will provide you joining bonus after 6 month but once you completed six month no one reply on your mail.

Good work environment. Nothing great or good. Just ok. Work timings are good for women.

No cafeteria. No growth. No learning or development. No job security for freshers. very low salary package especially for freshers.

Salary was on time until we are in client project we have got salary on time but as per they tell us after 6 months thier will be hike but that is not true

When i was released from project no other interview are given by them when we ask us they go on telling stories no work garenty in this company
