The only best thing is salary on time.

Dislikes

With the change in management and acquisition by another company they are firing people from Delhi and US offices but keeping the one intact in Chennai because the management is also Chennai based. I agree that layoff could be done based on company performance but such discrimination is making this company best to worst......They don't need good resources but just the one who will say "Yes, Boss" just to satisfy their ego.

Everything is quite good but the contract is too short and the daily target is hard to complete in working hours.

Gave an earning opportunity during Pandemic. Gave me my first WFH opportunity.

Dislikes

...the gratitude I felt for giving me an earning opportunity during difficult time. I worked way below the pre-pandemic salary. Most of the time we used to sit idle in front of computer screens at odd hours of the day as there was no work in our department. There was no job security as we were given 3-month contracts which were renewed multiple times.

The way the management blames and takes it on the employees for their incapability.

Dislikes

The unnecessary micromanagement, expecting more from the employees for less pay, compromising with the quality of work, recruiting skilled employess just to drain their energy and still pay less, turning the tables around to blame employees, harsh attitude of seniors and team leaders to employees, asking to move mountains but just in a hour, work load, shift timings, impossible targets to meet with limited number of employees, laying off employees due to the incapability of the management. The so-called "senior SME's" enjoy work just by gossiping the mistakes of juniors rather than correcting them with a genuine concern. Nudging to work in a sarcastic way during 5 minutes break that you take after 3 continuous hours of working. The frequent recruitment and replacement cycle.

No job security at all, you could be terminated at any point, no matter how good you are. The incapability of the management is leading to the downfall of the company.
