... by the company for the staff & was claimed it was all within Qatar labour laws. The spouse was settled only with last month salary, graduity & some employee contribution I worry for myself & my family if such a situation happens to me...

Everything is fine there I like working there job is secure no work loads too but for my career growth I Have to leave otherwise I won’t leave six Construct.

...provided you are assigned to work for Big Projects where in you can learn a lot. Salary growth falls under average category but job security stands good. Colleagues were good.

Felt discrimination when worked. Unless you have a strong Boss supporting you, difficult to get appraisal and salary growth plus other benefits.

I had Learned good knowledge, skills and had Good experience as well ,Its a good platform to learn new working skills rather than civil works.

No value for being honest and hard worker as well ,am not blaming my company...but am extremely regret...because of the management.
