There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.No Job security policy.

Very deteriorated culture and people who are staying there are very short minded and nobody interested to keep the new people and destroy them in short period.

One of the worst company, I begin my career in this company, there is no safety for working,simply wasted my 1 year in that company. Companies atmosphere is not good for health fully polluted air( graphite’s powders) even they not provide mask and gloves for the employees. We can’t leave the company at correct time. We want to wrk over time bt they will not give any stiffen for over time. Simply waste of time to describe about that company.
