all Saturdays are working and no importance for employees who are not reporting to the director, less recognition of genuine employees

A reliable support in HR with Mr E Subramani with which would not have learnt the daily activities to be undertaken.

Even though work is there and are undertaken to meet the needs,the desired compensation is not given at times.

The leadership is supportive and there are ample opportunities for learning and professional growth. The work-life balance is excellent and the management genuinely cares about the well being of their employees. Personally the Manager of my Department i.e. R&D Department was supportive and Helpful for Beginners , Company Policies was Terrible and Demotivational , Behaviour of Owner was Rude with Employees . Should have to Prepare Every kind of work even like labour work too, skills development is less . Few benifits and facilities offered from company side , very less .
