A reliable support in HR with Mr E Subramani with which would not have learnt the daily activities to be undertaken.

Dislikes

Even though work is there and are undertaken to meet the needs,the desired compensation is not given at times.

no disturbance beyond working hours and on leaves, no interference from other department, salary on time

Dislikes

all Saturdays are working and no importance for employees who are not reporting to the director, less recognition of genuine employees

Work life balance, Role Clarity, Timely Compensation and Good management support.

Dislikes

While no workplace is without its small area of improvement, The concerns here are minimal and don't overshadow the benefits of working at SIVA Group.

I truly appreciate the strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. My colleagues are incredibly supportive, always ready to help and share their knowledge. This creates a positive environment where learning, growth, and innovation thrive, making it an enjoyable place to work.

Dislikes

One thing I find challenging at SIVA Group is the absence of a Saturday off, which makes the workweek feel a bit longer.

Working in SIVA Group really gives a wide experience. I want to appreciate the working culture which i found here also very supportive seniors and managers.
