...yee are a machine who sits on system for 9hrs pathetic in human behaviour!!!!!!! No salary growth promotion and hike for genuine people No job security at all. They can fire anytime with whatever's reasons Additional. Manager will force to work on weekends saying it is mandatory.

I have worked one year in SitusAMC and I got my Salary on time.

1. My last working day at Situs was 17th May and I need to get my final settlement within 45days and it's almost crossed 52 days and I have not got my settlement even after several mails to HR team.this is how They treat their employees.

The work we did was good. Situs AMC as a company is really great to work with. Pay scale is also good.

Dislikes

The management is pathetic. They will make you feel like you are slave. There is no work life balance. Every festival they will make you to login and work, and they themselves will enjoy their holidays.
