Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? For fresher it is good platform to grow their understanding about the technical quierries

Dislikes

Do not have proper management. Have to work in low salary where you don't know about the increment process. Whatever their is need of work you have to go through it whether it's not related to your field.

Best for Boiler & Sugar Industries only. Work culture in Boiler & Suger Division was Very Good & Employees are very cooperative.

Dislikes

In Cament Division, no any updated Software Training arrangement like ERP, Plan 3D. All are working on outdated software. No plan for work completion. No Work shedule. Man oriented Company. No HR. Polycy. Lot of politics in Cement Division.
