Following my resignation, I've experienced unacceptable delays in receiving my final dues, with my former employer holding my salary for over three months, only releasing as half of my payment after repeated follow-ups, highlighting the organization's toxic and uncooperative culture."

Not at all satisfied with their approach towards employees or ex employees. Salary pending for worked days in my case. Senior management should take this seriously as even attitude of one staff could affect the whole company. Irresponsive and irresponsible staff.

I like the company because ITC Ltd is its client.

Compensation is very poor and alsogrowth is slow. the work pressure is too high. Sometimes, I have worked more than 12 hrs srtaight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is pain sometimes.

No job security 😕, management doesn't give opportunity to stay for long time and work appropriately for the growth of the company. Politics win here always don't want hardworking employees here at all!
