There is no work life balance.salary is too too low.the pressure is too much but salary is too low. Manager and senior manager do politics there. If anything lost in the hub, then your salary is debited.

Not at all satisfied with their approach towards employees or ex employees. Salary pending for worked days in my case. Senior management should take this seriously as even attitude of one staff could affect the whole company. Irresponsive and irresponsible staff.

Compensation is very poor and alsogrowth is slow. the work pressure is too high. Sometimes, I have worked more than 12 hrs srtaight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is pain sometimes.
