...ashi kumar took my first round of interview it went well he is ready to offer 2.5 LPA intially for an AI Engineer position, salary negotiation did not went well as he was offering very very low salary later (even i mentioned my current CTC is 3.6 lpa) then he is ready to give one assignment he asked me to mail him, then i went from there. i was contacting him every day but he is just saying " call you later " and he is not giving any task this has happened for a week i was pissed off with his behaviour i went to office directly then he gave assignment with 1 week deadline i completed the assignment (RAG system) shashi kumar asked for code intially but i denied and agreed for presentation. Presentation went well, but the accuracy was 95 percent. Cons of the project was tokenization was not done. his excepectation is that he need such a code that that he deliver that code directly to clients. instead of saying "selected" or "rejected" he started saying ping me tommorow or later. shashi kumar was not willing for negotiotion and he wasted one month of time. I deeply disappointed with his behaviour.
