The process is wide as per the salary. As per my cx request we are not allowed to take phones to the floor and it's very boring. Management doesn't even try to keep us motivated to stay in the company.

A good organisation that takes care of wellness of the staffs. Proper feedback and appreciation given for every work done. Any complaint raised, always a proper action is taken at the earliest. Friendly Managers, Team leaders and supervisors. On the whole a very good organisation. I really felt bad while resigning my job.

Salary is less for night shifts. Too much of night shifts

...hifts change almost every week and hence no work life balance. WFH is a benefit. Salary is very less. Your CTC is just 160000pa without benefits. It takes alot of effort to earn the variable incentives. Many high targets to achieve like RPC, CSAT, C2C, Performance,etc ...It's very difficult to manage all the parameters when everything depends on the mood of the customer. Customers usually call for resolution when they are already in problem and We need to resolve their issues and also get a good rating from them. Payment should be increased as individuals put in a lot of effort to clear these targets.

Long working hours. Too frequent changes in the shift - every week. Low pay.

The first thing I like us on time salary and job security,the environment and the staff really helpful and appreciated as per work

According to me ther should be more salary in domestic process as well,and sitel should not much entertain clients as they highly presurrize the agent.
