The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

I liked the transparent open door policy of the organization. The acceptance of professional suggestion and the freedom of execution is a great motivator to work. The environment is absolutely great to learn and grow for people with potential and right attitude. I like the employee rehire policy too.
