Here I am gaining a experience...bcoz this company being fresher hired me...so this company taught me a lot ....how to use chemicals in case of pigment..a how to make a many pigments n checking of raw materials n pigments parameters..so I m trying to do best for the company as I am in research and development department ...I had got a experience of QC to bcoz before R And D Department I was in QC department...

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
