Poor work culture, & lot of unethical practise going on especially in vitreo-Retina services which are also supported by the CMO/CAO of the hospital. Poor maintenance of OT as well as other places infrastructure esp OT & OPD equipments

SEH is a hospital of immense historical importance. Started as early as 1927, it is one of the first eye hospitals in India. Still now, it serves a huge section of UP and performs more than 25000 free surgeries and 10000 paid surgeries every year. For both doctors as well as optometrists, there is immense opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge.

I like here the working environment. Sitapur Eye Hospital is a very good hospital in Ophthalmology. Here's a free treatment for poor patients. I am glad that i am a part of this hospital.
