Sita singh & Sons pvt ltd is a manufacturing comapny of bus body. We manufacture here bus , ambulance, army vehicle, pvt luxury buses, etc. I am a part of store of this company. My job profile is manage the store work with a team of more than 20 people.

This company is good for gain knowledge and improve your skill. I grew up with this company growth in last ten year. I learnt from here how to manage a team for work.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
