Nothing As of now. Disappointed with HR way of handling candidates

I got call for interview from HR and that starts with telephonic conversations with detailed information about expirience, backround etc. this process lasting up for a week and ended with call for face to face interview. But still that is not happened. From my side conduct 2-3 follow ups regarding the same but there is no response from the concern lady. My point is if you are not going ahead with candidature please pass concrete message. The same thing is happened with me twice withing 2 years. Please dont waste your and candidate time

Dislikes

The global culture is totally different from the work culture in India.There is huge conflict of Ideas and Opinions in the management.Also there is very slow growth and less opportunity for the middle level managers along with the senior level positions.Despite the toughest sector in terms of selling and implementation the culture gives you as toss of non appreciation and a total land of chaos where a professional will surely struggle to find his own identity.
