Everything, they don't provide salary on time. No work-life balance, they will ask you to work continuosly without any week off, they don't provide leave even if you are ill. They don't give salary increment. They don't bother about your mental or physical health. Save yourself if you have any other job offer.

Got a decent hike while joining. Not sure how it will be after a year. No clarity on increment or promotion.

Salary delay is normal. Sometimes they give salary after 7th of the month. HR people don't show interest in resolving employee's problems. Medical benefits are not provided on time. No idea how the government is not doing anything about it. Perhaps no one is reporting it.

...oining documents. PO based job if client cancels PO your job will be in danger Salary was delayed till 13th and after that they provide half salary in chandigarh location. No support during job, no training, no future.

CUrrently, I am new here so I dont know much about this but company culture is overall good, No cabin culture is best part over here, all seniors sitting around so that we frequently can ask any doubts. salary part is ok ok.

Professionalism is somewhere missing, no formals, salary hike is less in competition.
