Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The worst administration. Worst principal I have never seen in my life. Body full of lies. She recruit person to find fault on another teacher. Full of corrupted mind and culture. Honest and dedicated person can't work there. It is the place falsehood and cunning person. You will not develop your skill. Everything documentation only .nothing is true in that school. My humble request don't join in sishya school

In the period of 2014 to 2017 am worked their that time students strength is high so in each and every class having High students strength
