Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Company is very busy in hiring firing game. Company have sales closing than any other company in the world Just imagine employees are extending working upto 15 hrs a day!!! So you work life balance 🤔 Sometime you need to work 14 days without leaves also.

The HR & Directors are very unprofessional & unethical & Salary & other expenses are not released even after completion of 90 days of leaving the Job. Not recommended to join this Company as their is no respect for honest people in this organisation. Gang operates with setting with Vendors & Dealers Account settlement is horrible & pathetic.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It's increase rate of materials on every 3 to 4 months and career growth is very slow. It's all about month 9 month but they didn't give any job training
