Poor leadership, toxic work environment,/culture ,v slow response and constant resistance by leaders to change and appoint ment of Mediocre staff to save money. Tilt towards arts than academics and no transparency in staff appraisals or absence of such processes.

Economic and personal growth is expected .

Dislikes

Work freedom is there. Interms of personal growth if equality is maintained it will be good. seniority is given priority importance it will be more appreciable. Economic growth is very minimal.
