...o one can C ur work, they are always concentrate on meetings extra topics only. Salary also bad, for experienced persons this is not suitable for u. U r face many problems with stores, purchase,BD persons, Hods also no subject they play politics very well. Worst experience

They treat you as family member. they company is understanding to our needs. the campus is stable and upliftings. anyone can thing of long tenure at sipra. as many people stick at sipra for long time

Very bad work culture. No Job security at all. You might get terminated at any point of time. No respect for hardworking employees. No recognition and no benefits. Business Development and Purchase department get involved in everything.

I attended interview i observed, Sipra Labs make great efforts to provide training and development, they have several labs and lots of instruments , they place intensive focus our maitaining works creative positive enviroment with employees and good Work culture mostly observed somany members work with more than 10 years in this organization.

I Observed After the joining formalities training, deployment to department felt like a family , but some employees didnt feel comfortable with the Company , Hr Rules are strictly follow on joining times and some member stay in few months then leave. end of the employee formalities not strict and not take care well. i observed less suffcient employees working.

Well, Sipra is quite proficient in training their employees. Induction and training on new instruments are good, which helped me gain much experience. The company treats employees as family. Provides financial assistance when needed.

Dislikes

The hierarchy should be followed appropriately. Employee feedback should be taken into consideration.
